Update your account details

4 min read Updated October 16, 2026

My Account holds your own details as a therapist: your photo, name, contact and registration details, the signature on your invoices, your language and time zone, your bio and your practice locations. Keeping it complete helps clients know who they’re booking with, and fills in details on your invoices.

Note: All clients, names, emails, appointments and other data shown in the screenshots are sample data we created for this guide. They are not real people or real records.

When to use this

  • You’re setting up mePro and want to complete your profile.
  • You want to add your registration number and signature to your invoices.
  • You need to change your time zone, or add or remove a practice location.

Add a practice location

Locations are the places you see clients in person. You can add more than one location, for example if you work from two offices. They show on your profile and can be assigned to team members.

1. Under Locations, click Add location.

If you haven’t added one yet, you’ll see Add a practice location to show it on your profile. Once you have a location, use the + icon next to Locations to add another one.

Click Add location.

2. Optional: in Create location, give it a Location name, for example Main Office.

Until you choose an address, the form shows County is required, State is required and Select an address to set the map location.

Give the location a name.

3. Click Search address and start typing the address.

4. Click the right address in the list.

The address fields fill in for you, for example Shuter Street, Toronto, Ontario and Canada, and the location is pinned on the map. You can also fill in or change Address line 2, Unit and Postal code yourself.
