Branding is at the bottom of My Account. It holds your logo, practice name and brand color for your public presence. Your logo and brand color are also used in places such as your invoices, for example in the invoice header and its lines.
Note: All clients, names, emails, appointments and other data shown in the screenshots are sample data we created for this guide. They are not real people or real records.
When to use this
- You want your practice logo and name to show to clients.
- You want buttons and links to match your brand color.
Steps
1. In the left sidebar, click Settings, then scroll down My Account to Branding.
2. Under Logo & Identity, click Upload your logo and choose your logo file.
The logo must be JPG, JPEG, PNG and max 10 MB. For the best look, use a horizontal version on a white or transparent background, about 500px wide.
3. Check your logo.
Your logo shows in the box. To remove it and choose another, click the x in the corner.
4. Enter your Practice name, for example Align Psychology.
5. Under Branding Color, click Add your color and choose your color.
Click the color area and use the slider below it to choose a color, or type a hex value in the box, for example #2469FF or #5ECBD5. The swatch next to it shows the color you chose. This color is used for buttons and links, and in places such as your invoice header and lines.
6. Scroll down and click Save changes.
Do this after changing your logo, practice name or color. Your branding isn’t saved until you click it.
