Billings, in the left sidebar, opens Billing and Payments. It shows the invoices for all your clients in one place, with a summary of your revenue for the dates you choose. To see one client’s invoices only, use the Billing tab on their profile instead.
Note: All clients, names, emails, appointments and other data shown in the screenshots are sample data we created for this guide. They are not real people or real records.
When to use this
- You want to see how much you’ve earned over a period of time.
- You want to check which invoices are paid, unpaid or refunded.
- You want to create, find or export invoices for any client.
Open the Billing and Payments page
1. In the left sidebar, click Billings.
Billings is below Reports in the sidebar. It’s highlighted in blue when it’s open, and the Billing and Payments page appears.
What’s on the page
At the top are four summary cards for the dates you’ve chosen:
- Revenue: the total you’ve been paid, for example CA$320.
- Outstanding invoices: the total still to be paid.
- No-show appointments: appointments you’ve marked as no-show on your calendar.
- Total sessions: the number of sessions.
Below the cards is the list of invoices. Each one shows its Invoice #, Issue Date, Client Name, Service, Amount, Status (Paid, Unpaid or Refunded) and payment Type, such as Cash, e-Transfer or Other.
Choose the dates
1. Click the date range at the top of the page.
The selected range is shown, for example Sep 4, 2026 – Oct 4, 2026.
2. Choose a preset, or pick your own dates.
Click Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month or Last month. Or click a start date and an end date on the calendar. Use the arrows to move between months.
The summary cards and the invoice list update to match the dates you chose.
To clear the dates, click the x next to the date range.

- Click By Date to sort the list By Date, By Amount or By Status.
