The Admin role

An Admin helps run the day-to-day side of your practice. Admins can book and manage appointments and handle other scheduling tasks, but they can’t see clients’ charts or private clinical information, such as session notes.

  • Can: book, change and manage appointments and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Can’t: open clients’ charts or see their private data, such as session notes, transcriptions and assessments.

Tip: Give the Admin type to staff such as a receptionist or office manager, so they can keep your calendar running without seeing confidential client information.
