Change your mePro password from Security in Settings.
Note: All clients, names, emails, appointments and other data shown in the screenshots are sample data we created for this guide. They are not real people or real records.
Steps
1. In the left sidebar, click Settings, then click Security.
The Change Password page opens, with the path Settings › Security › Change Password at the top.
2. Enter your Current password.
3. Enter your New password, then type it again in Confirmed password.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and contain at least one digit and one non-digit character.
Click the eye icon in a field to show or hide what you’ve typed.
4. Click Update Password.
Update Password becomes available once you’ve filled in all three fields.
Tip: Can’t remember your current password? Click Forgot Password.
