Getting onto mePro takes a couple of minutes. You can start on the free plan and upgrade later — no card required to begin.

- 1Go to app.mepro.ai/signup and enter your name, work email, and a password.
- 2Open the verification email we send and click Confirm my email.
- 3Tell us your role (solo therapist, group practice admin, student) so we can tailor your setup.
- 4Pick a plan — Free to start, or a paid plan for AI documentation and unlimited clients.
What happens next
After verifying, you land on a short setup checklist that walks you through your practice profile, availability, and your first client. You can skip any step and come back to it later from Settings.
Tip: Use your professional email rather than a personal one — it becomes the address clients and teammates see on confirmations and invites.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can create an account and use the free plan without entering payment details. A card is only needed when you upgrade to a paid plan.
I didn't get the verification email — what now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, use the Resend link on the verification screen, and make sure no-reply@mepro.ai isn't blocked by your mail provider.
